SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Standard Return Policy
We will accept any New and Unused, unopened product for Refund within 7 days from purchase. We may reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on returned merchandise.
In such a case not within the 7 Day time frame, please give us the opportunity to provide a solution specifically for you.
If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package). Customers with damaged packages can file a claim directly with the shipping facility. They will most likely request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification. We may also require that photos be taken of damaged packages and or parts for inspection purposes.
Lost Package Claims
If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. If your package is found to be lost, We will work with you and the carrier to come up with a resolution. For high value items (Over $100) please, message us for additional insurance options to protect your package from unknown circumstances.
Coastal RC is not responsible for return shipping, nor any fees associated with return shipping, damage items or lost packages.
Returning Merchandise to Coastal RC
Email, call, or Live Chat with one of our helpful Customer Service Representatives. If you are contacting us by email, please include your Order Number, the part numbers and quantities you would like to return, a brief explanation of why you are returning the item(s), and an email that a store credit can be sent to. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Defective Merchandise Return Policy
If you receive an item that is defective please contact us immediately by phone, email, or Live Chat. Most Manufacturers allow us to process Warranties. In some situations, the manufacturer or supplier may prefer to handle the issue directly. If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is found to be free of defects.
- We use USPS, UPS and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery for shipping services.
- The flat Shipping option does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any other location outside of the 50 states. International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for a quote.
- All Oversized items (Kits, RTR, or total order) will be shipped using the most economic method at the time of order. Additional shipping charges will apply for all oversized items or orders.
- P.O. Box Shipping is not available.
- WE DO NOT SHIP to APO/FPO Address. Any order with a non approved address will be delayed.
- Due to the varying sizes of products, some orders may require additional shipping charges.
- Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
- Please contact us prior to making a return
- Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order
- All items must be in new and unused condition in the original package unopened.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Please enclose a copy of your invoice and reason for the return. Please include name and contact number.
- All Refunds will be completed after the item has been returned and inspected.
Damaged Package Claims:
